Senior Marketing Manager – Small Business Solutions Outbound Campaigns Job in Canada at TELUS –

Together, the team is responsible for driving profitable growth within a key segment for TELUS. The Small Business Soutions Channel Strategy + Enablement team is growing. We’re seeking a high achieving team member to drive Small Business Soutions prospecting campaigns to expand our small business market share.
The Program and Campaigns team is responsible for two key areas across our wireless and wireline product portfolios for all our Small Business Soutions channels; building + launching marketing programs and outbound campaign planning + execution; maximizing conversions to ensure that we are meeting our sales and retention targets.

Here’s how you’ll contribute to our team:
You will develop an end to end strategy to build a prospecting lead funnel and take it to the sales channels for contact and conversion.
You will partner with the Marketing, Product and Business Intelligence teams to translate our business strategy into high performance outbound campaigns for new customers.
You will advocate on behalf of our Small Business Soutions sales channels upstream into the Marketing and Product teams.
You will work with all of the enablement teams to ensure programs and campaigns have the training, compensation, communication, sales support and reinforcement plans for their successful launch.
You will develop strong partnerships with your stakeholder group to ensure end-to-end operational effectiveness of your campaigns.
You will deep dive into prospect lead generation sources and programs to understand lead characteristics, refine lead quality and improve conversion.
You will be the subject matter expert in prospect campaigns, and advise marketing and product teams on prospect acquisition tactics and channel optimization.
You will manage and distribute prospect leads to help sales channels achieve their sales targets

You have outstanding business and financial acumen with the ability to anticipate and develop channel strategies in a rapidly evolving environment
