Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with our customer-facing teams, you’ll get to work on the product marketing and content strategy, tactics, and put them into action. We’re building a product that’s never been built before and we’re looking for a creative individual to be the voice of our product and brand to our target market and audience.
As our first marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to shape our outward image, communicate what makes us unique to the world and how our users can benefit from our unique product to solve their problems.
You’ll be responsible for:
Defining and owning marketing strategies and tactics based on our unique value proposition to our customers.
Leading brand strategy, creative content creation, ongoing marketing initiatives, campaigns, and advertising activities to reach your goals.
Creating engaging content and define voice and tone guidelines.
Developing online marketing campaigns and branding key strategies and tactics to build strong brand awareness and presence over a variety of appropriate channels.
Hiring third parties, agencies, or freelancers as needed and manage conscientiously the relationships as well as the deliverables.
You’re a creative marketer with demonstrated experience in product or content marketing that is excited about the idea of joining a startup paving the way for safer, smarter workplaces.
You can create content – while not being a professional writer, you’ll have to produce content for our customers, educate them on the different product features, write some blog posts, landing pages, website content, etc.
You have outstanding communication skills, both oral and written – you can persuade, synthesize complex content, and tell a compelling story to your target audience.
You have the ability to deliver results with a strategic mindset, adapt from your learnings and you’re not afraid to share your ideas with your team.
You have the ability to build and share ideas with clarity and passion and to give and receive feedback with open-mindedness.
Our Mission is to enhance the efficiency of human achievement, disconnecting the amazing things people achieve when they work together, from human and environmental tragedy. We’re building a SaaS platform for industrial worksites where operations and safety management is powered by built-in AI to make sure everyone gets back home safely, by predicting hazards in the workplace before they become disasters.
We’re a small team of developers, salespeople, and operations specialists looking at growing and adding members that will add value to our organization. Our passion for building and shaping the future of an industry and doing meaningful work is what brought us together. Our workplace culture is built on trust, transparency, and openness, with very limited rules because we trust everyone’s judgment and their ability to make good decisions.
While some of us are still working fully remotely, our newly renovated and COVID-friendly offices are open, so you get the opportunity to work from wherever you feel comfortable and productive.
What we have to offer:
Flexible schedule, including the opportunity to work remotely
A generous paid-time-off policy
A dog-friendly office (as long as your furry companion is friendly!)
Fully subsidized OPUS card
Health insurance paid 100% by us, access to telemedicine, and a health & wellness personal account to help you keep your mind and body in good health
If you feel like you could be a good fit for the role, please reach out! By the way, we love motivation letters, introduction letters, candidates who connect with us on Linkedin. Just saying – that’s a great way to differentiate yourself from other candidates!
