What you’ll do
Assist in the development and implementation of MATT & NAT’s brand strategy:
Coordinate seasonal and corporate marketing activities within the marketing department.
Develop and execute the communications, public relations, and editorial plan and strategy.
Creation and maintenance of the promotional and department calendars.
Manage and oversee content creation projects to ensure successful delivery of assets.
Responsible for final review of prepared media content prior to publishing.
Ensure projects are well documented and that underlying tasks are well understood and communicated to the responsible team members.
Track progress with project members to ensure deadline compliance.
Prepare memos for stores regarding product knowledge, seasonal launch packages, promotions, signage, etc.
Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success and communicating them to stakeholders.
Review the social media grid ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and social media trends.
Ensure collected deliverables are complete and meet company quality standards.
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business objectives, identifying and proposing strategies or improvements for processes.
Communicate marketing initiatives and objectives to internal teams.
Collaborate with Art Director/Photographer to plans and organize seasonal and content photoshoots.
Collaborate, liaise and build strong partnerships with agencies and vendors to ensure timely collection of assets and execution of deliverables.
Liaison with both interdepartmental and intradepartmental associates for collaboration on projects, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Continually seek to acquire new knowledge through research and share best practices and marketing ideas with the team.
Perform additional marketing related duties as needed.

What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Experience with research using data analytics software (Google Analytics).
Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.
Experience working with Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Docs, an asset.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, an asset.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English.
