Our Marketing Team is growing and we are looking for a Marketing Communications Associate. We are looking for an individual that has a passion for creating engaging content and considers marketing an art form by understanding the deep psychology behind its powers.

What you will be doing:
Work directly and in collaboration with the VP of Business Development and Marketing.

Design exciting sales/marketing collateral and website content that electrifies our brand and engages new customers.

Managing social media accounts across multiple platforms

Planning publicity campaigns that will be marketed through social media platforms

Producing online video content that has an interactive component

Creating and managing digital marketing drip email campaigns, social media campaigns, newsletters, and paid internet marketing that captures the attention of our prospects and convinces them to act.

Develop creative lead generation techniques, blog posts, and promote the value of Frozen Mountain’s products and services.

Own and report on the status and success of your marketing activities and campaigns.

The must-haves:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related area or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience in a marketing role

Proven track record of success promoting businesses with Social media platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail

Creative, outgoing, curious personality

Ability to adapt and learn new processes & technologies quickly

Self-motivated and can work independently

Advanced skills in the Adobe (Creative Cloud) Suite for graphic design, illustration, and video creation

The great-to-haves:
Fundamental understanding of HTML & CSS

Familiarity with WebRTC (Real Time Communications)

Experience working with Hubspot marketing tools (COS, email designer, page editor)
