Marketing Analyst Job in Saint-Hubert, QC at Techo-Bloc

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Data Analyst to gather information and examine buying trends to develop successful marketing plans. If you love to thoroughly analyse any relevant information that may help the company make informed decisions on market tactics, this role is for you!
Analyzing all data sources: web analytics, campaign data, social media, sales data, data warehouse, etc. to identify growth opportunities and support sales and marketing strategies;
Analyzing competitive market strategies by examining the trends, markets, and products they have in common;
Preparing detailed reports on sales volume, customer experience, market trends, and competitors’ outcomes;
Interpret market research and translate into actionable insights in order to provide recommendations for future tactics to generate business opportunities and sales growth;
Monitoring the competitors’ marketing activities and outcomes;
Communicating with customers, competitors, professional organizations, and suppliers in order to get information on the industry’s trends;
Compiling customers’ references and feedback;
Using marketing analytics techniques to gather social media, web analytics, and rankings data;
Segmenting the target audience and determining the appropriate markets to be approached;
Providing assistance to the Sales team by compiling all details for upcoming brands, products, or services;
Designing questionnaires and implementing surveys to identify insights;
Teaming with different areas with the aim of developing strategies to attract new consumers;
Presenting detailed marketing strategies to upper management and other departments.
2-3 years’ experience working in a marketing analytics role, ideally B2B;
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.;
Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and SQL databases;
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business;
Experience with CRMs, Power BI and report/dashboard building;
Ability to present complex data in easy to understand formats
Data-driven and eager to dig into data to uncover new insights and identify trends
Passion for optimization, and finding improved ways to monitor performance
Love reading up on the latest marketing reporting best practices and deciding how to implement them
Strong debugging skills to identify deliverability issues and correct them
Organized and detail-oriented, producing polished, high-quality output
Creative, passionate, and problem solving-focused mind
