Assistant Brand Manager (ABM)
As the Assist Brand Manager/Jr Brand Manager (ABM), you will be responsible for the tactical execution of category and brand management projects for multiple brands and upholding all Brand Strategy and Guidelines.
Assist managing a branded portfolio for Retail; Club; Chain for North America with New Brand Product Launches which involves Packaging, Promotional Planning, budget management. (Concept Development, Artwork etc.)
Support brand team in the development and execution of packaging artwork, case labels including being the point person for digital artwork routing (ProofHQ system)
Coordinate the Brand marketing budget (maintain records, file invoices, etc.)
Responsibility for coupon management, budget management, Digital Assets system
Responsibility for artwork/graphics for new displays, Coordinate orders of merchandising racks and maintain rack inventory and reports
Works closely with trade marketing coordinator to generate key sales materials like racks, sell sheets, etc.
Some Travel required (5-10%) mainly into the U.S.
2-3 years’ experience in Brand, Product and or Channel Marketing management in a high growth business in food or beverage or CPG
An understanding of “great branding” (creative and strategic), and Product Lifecycle Management
Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and work cross functionally
Experience/knowledge of Nielsen or IRI data preferred, Photoshop/Illustrator skills an asset
Strong writing/proofing experience with excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel)
